Jarrod joined the AFIA board in 2009. He is currently involved with management of the family farming company O'Sullivan Farms.

O'Sullivan Farms operates in Elmore in Northern Victoria and Goolgowi in the Riverina NSW. Dryland cereal cropping, Irrigated Lucerne, Export Hay, and sheep are the main enterprises.
