There have always been many good excuses to join the AFIA but now there are extra reasons why this membership is a valuable part of your fodder related business.

The existing benefits of membership include:

* Invaluable networking with other fodder industry players

* Discount on annual conference

* Discount to all AFIA field days and seminars

* Free vendor declaration book

* Free quarterly newsletters with reports of seasonal conditions around the country and updated research results

In addition to these tangible benefits, AFIA members now have access to special services available through our Web Site - www.afia.org.au. These include:

* Fodder for sale – Listing of fodder that members have available for sale

* Machinery for sale – Listing of machinery for sale

* Contractor Services – Listings of fodder contractors and their services on offer

* Sellers of Hay – General advertising of farms

Fodder contractors and producers will be able to display their own advertisement of their fodder related business. Entries will be displayed in table format with all vendor details available including any email/web page links to the vendor. Buyers will be able to sort listings according to location and the type of hay or silage for sale.

With the use of a member-exclusive user name and password, members will be able to create/modify or delete their own listings as required at any time. AFIA can enter listings on request and will act as the administrator of the site, overseeing all material. Following consultation with members AFIA reserves the right to update information entered by members.

In order to maintain the integrity of the specific hay lots for sale, members will be encouraged to update or remove any ads that remain unaltered after two months.

Non-members will be able to display hay and silage for sale as well as machinery and contractor services but will be charged a fee for doing so.

Further enhancements include the addition of links to our sponsor’s web sites and statistics of the industry including trial results.
