AFIA is celebrating 30 years!

This huge three-decade milestone is not to be missed as there is so much to celebrate. The organisation is so grateful to all the members, sponsors and partners who have grown the fodder industry over this time, and while we have big plans moving forward, we will be celebrating those who have been part of the journey since the beginning.

The 2026 Conference will include new workshops, more opportunities to network, greater diversity of presenters, and a machinery display over three full days. 

Registration

Registration for the conference opens on Monday 3 November 2025, and a limited number of passes will be released in stages. Please refer to the release stages and pricing below.

The full conference pass includes:

• Access to all sessions and workshops
• Access to all exhibitors and machinery display
• AGM Breakfast
• Welcome function
• Gala dinner
• Half-day activity
• All meals throughout the conference

EARLY BIRD - 1ST RELEASE

From 21 November 2025 (for 4 weeks)

• Early Bird: Member - $750
• Early Bird: Non-Member - $950

2ND RELEASE

From 15 December 2025 (for 7 weeks)

• 2nd Release: Member - $800
• 2nd Release: Non-Member - $1,000

3RD RELEASE

From 2 February 2026 (for 8 weeks)

• 3rd Release: Member - $850
• 3rd Release: Non-Member - $1,050

4TH RELEASE

From 30 March 2026 (for 10 weeks)

• 4th Release: Member - $900
• 4th Release: Non-Member - $1,100

FINAL RELEASE

From 8 June 2026 (for 6 weeks)

• Final release: Member - $950
• Final release: Non-Member - $1,150
